The Approach
What I offer is client focused tantric guidance and sexuality counseling to support you in your erotic and spiritual growth or to help you overcome a particular challenge.
Our time together typically has a clear beginning and a clear end. If we reach the end of our time together and you need further support, we can either continue our work together or I will refer you out for more intensive therapy with a trained professional.
About the Stages:
Sometimes we get through these stages in one very productive session! Often it takes more time. I won't tell you how many sessions we need to work together because everyone's sensual journey is unique.
Stage 1 / Assessment & Goal Setting
In this first session, we’ll create a safe space to get to know each other and explore what brings you here. We'll discuss your desires, challenges, and hopes for your intimate life, then set clear, supportive goals to guide our journey together.
Stage 2 / Sacred Sexuality 101
This session introduces the foundations of sacred sexuality. You’ll learn how to reconnect with your body, cultivate presence, and explore sensual touch and energy awareness—building a deeper sense of trust, safety, and pleasure.
Stage 3 / Goal Specific Tools & Techniques
Now that we’ve set a foundation, we’ll dive into customized practices based on your unique goals. Whether it’s enhancing desire, communication, orgasmic awareness, or emotional intimacy, you’ll receive practical and soulful tools to bring into your life.
Stage 4 / Additional Tools & Review
We’ll address any obstacles or resistance that may have come up, and introduce new practices to support your progress. This is a space to ask questions, refine your techniques, and celebrate growth along the way.
Stage 5 / Integration & Commitment
In our final session, we’ll reflect on how far you’ve come and create a personalized plan for continued growth. You'll leave with a clear commitment to your ongoing practice and the confidence to carry what you’ve learned into your daily life and relationship.
